Happy June Everyone! I'm very excited to send you my first newsletter as President of the Darien-McIntosh Chamber and Visitor Center. As a resident of McIntosh County it is an honor to be selected for this position.  I have a passion for this county and I plan to continue to support our local businesses, help McIntosh with positive growth and be a voice for the preservation of our historical and ecological treasures. I've been so graciously welcomed by so many already and I am looking forward to meeting as many of you as I can over the coming months.

There has been a lot of work happening in our office! We are officially operating out of the new Visitor Center offices at 1074 Magnolia Bluff Way!! Please come by, say hello and take a selfie with #myfriendaltie. There are still many wonderful things coming to this building so be sure to continue to check in over the next few months.

The beloved Red, White & Blues on the Bluff is still on for July 2nd, just with a few changes. We have rebranded to Darien's Red, White and Brews and will give focus to some of the amazing craft breweries we have in Georgia. There will be great music starting at 5pm by Kyle Turner and Dakota Woods, then at 7pm Man Apart will take the stage! We hope to see all our local families out for a night of holiday fun!
