Join us April 9th - 11th for the 58th Annual Blessing of the Fleet, Darien’s most cherished annual tradition! This three-day festival honors the hardworking shrimping community with a vibrant blend of family fun, cultural heritage, and Southern hospitality.

Event Highlights

  • YMCA 5K Run: Kick off the weekend with a fun and energizing run.

  • Classic Car Show: Admire an impressive display of vintage vehicles.

This family-friendly festival attracts over 12,000 attendees and offers something for everyone. Stroll along the picturesque Darien waterfront, enjoy the natural beauty of Georgia’s coastal marshes, and create lasting memories with us!

Vendors are not required to stay through the full three days. However, their booth is required to be in place by 12PM on Friday and remain until closing hours Sunday. No vehicles will be allowed within the festival footprint after 1pm on Friday afternoon until 6pm Sunday.

***Application is not guaranteed accepted upon payment.  Application and payment are reviewed by a committee.  An application may be returned with a full refund by committee decision for any reason, specifically if there are other vendors with those goods already accepted by the committee.  A rejected application will be returned before March 14, 2027, or one week if after this date.

Vendor Hours: 4PM-10PM Friday 9AM-10PM Saturday 12PM-5PM Sunday

Pricing

Only 3 vendors per Goods/Crafts, Business & Non Profit category will be accepted, only 2 per Food Vendor Category. All food vendors serving seafood will be required to provide proof that the seafood is locally caught and sourced.

After March 14, 2027 no refunds will be authorized for accepted vendors.  NO REFUNDS for vendors who use the 2026 Promotional Rate.
