Diamond Dog Strategic Marketing
Ms. Ventimiglia-Lobit has had an extensive career in marketing in Corporate America and as the founder and president of diamonddog Strategic Marketing Services. However, she has always had an interest in real estate, previously holding an Illinois real estate license and investing in several properties, which she often directly managed.
Lynn began her marketing career at Gloria Jean’s Gourmet Coffees where she launched its wholesale division. Motorola was its first client. Motorola then recruited her, which turned into a 16 plus year career as an award-winning executive at the company. While at Motorola, Lynn led marketing communications, event management, and product marketing efforts globally for various business units. After her tenure at Motorola, she transitioned to NEC where she led global marketing for its Enterprise Communication Technology organization. Next, Lynn launched her marketing agency, diamonddog Strategic Marketing Services. The full-service firm has clients ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 100 and across a variety of industries. While still leading diamonddog Marketing, Lynn decided to combine her marketing expertise with her love of real estate to become a licensed real estate agent at Michael Hardy Real Estate in Georgia.
Outside of work, Lynn enjoys sharing her time and talent with several different organizations. Recently, she became a board member at Coastal Community Health Services and a volunteer for the Ferst Readers organizaiton. Previously, Ms. Ventimiglia-Lobit served on the Eller Business College Advisory Board at the University of Arizona and the board for PAWS (a Chicago no-kill animal shelter). Lynn also has been active in several parish ministries, such as the adult choir, Sunday school, and festivals.
Lynn enjoys writing and has contributed articles to the CMO Council’s Peer Sphere Magazine and the FMA’s (Fabricators and Manufacturers Association, International) online publication, The Fabricator.
