The 4th Commemoration of the Harris Neck Community Diaspora is a three-day event in Harris Neck, Georgia that honors the legacy of the displaced residents of Harris Neck, a once-thriving African American community on the coast of Georgia. This year, the commemoration will take place from Friday, July 26, 2024 to Sunday, July 28, 2024. The Commemoration is hosted by the Direct Descendants of Harris Neck Community and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
