Earth Day Hike: On Bartram's Trail

William Bartram is one of the best known American naturalists of the 18th century. Join a ranger as we follow his footsteps along the Altamaha environs. Make birding and other observations in a nature journal given to those who participate! This event requires no pre-registration. Visitors should arrive in adequate outdoor gear for an hour long leisurely walk that will equal no more than a mile altogether. Binoculars are in minimum supply, so please feel free to bring your own. ------- Fort King George is celebrating Earth Day with a weeklong list of fun, environmentally educational activities.
