Zulu Marine Services, a leader in nature-based shoreline stabilization, dredging, and disaster response, is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Office Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote position offering the flexibility to work from home while supporting critical marine operations across the Southeast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain, reconcile, and report financials in QuickBooks Online (proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Workstation edition also required)
- Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with budgeting
- Perform general administrative duties using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Support project managers and executive leadership with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop (Workstation Edition)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in payroll processing and A/P and A/R management
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Previous experience in office management, accounting, or administrative support roles preferred
Position Details:
- Remote – work from home
- Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
